About Sekiichi Sake Brewery's revolutionary sparkling sake manufacturing method
At Seki no Ichi Sake Brewery, we apply beer brewing technology and have introduced our own improved sealed brewing tanks and special bottling machines, which are different from the general brewing tanks used in traditional sake breweries.
